As the recently elected 2nd District County Supervisor, Sequanna Taylor has a true passion for her community. Supervisor Taylor has been in active in the community well before she was an elected official. Her recent community involvement includes being the CEO of the Open Arms Inc., Parent Engagement Specialist for MPS, President of the Milwaukee Educational Assistant Association, and an Executive Board Member of the Milwaukee Teacher Education Association. As the 2nd District County Supervisor she promises to continue fighting for the community, parents, and constituents at large to determine what is right for our county.

I had the opportunity to be apart of Big Beautiful and Blessed calendar for 2016 featured as Ms. April 2016!
Modeling and being in a calendar is something that I've been desiring since I was a teenager.
BBB is a good organization in which they promote sisterhood, confidence, boldness, and faith in everything we do.
I enjoyed being apart of the positivity that BBB offers. I am Grateful and honored to be Ms. April 2016 for Big Beautiful and Blessed. We're bold, beautiful, and not ashamed.

I have been married to a wonderful woman for 15 years, we have three lovely boys. My involvement with Big, Beautiful, and Blessed started about three years. My wife has been and still is involved and active with the organization. When she started with them, I just stood behind her and supported her for the first year. After I seen what they do in the community and how they help other women, I decided to get involve and help out as well.
Just this past year, I got really involved. I helped redecorate a room for a young lady, and I had so much fun. It was awesome to see how just the changing of a small room can make a huge impact on the life of a young woman. Also this year I had a chance to Co-Host their Annual Calendar and Fashion Show. I am now working on planning BBB First Annual Revival and working with someone that owns a few properties so that we can obtain one of those houses for BBB. I totally support my wife in all that she does with BBB, and I am here to help in any capacity I can be of service.
